DESCRIPTION:Following the explosive Ashamed\, a striking appearance on Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show and KEXP\, the dazzling post-punk of Mad Foxes is coming back with their third album\, Inner Battles.\n\nWhen Shame\, Fontaines D.C and Metz lovers try to develop new sounds and sonorities\, it results in an astonishing and fulfilling album. Mad Foxes then induces the meeting of Noise and Pop – daring to marry punk and 80’s kitsch – as if Elton John was about to go and have a coffee with Joe Talbot.\n\nInner Battles is the result of an introspective and intense creative process. The band questions many emotions flooding through their lives\, their relationships\, tackling mental\nhealth in its most intimate and yet universal essence.\n\nMad Foxes allows a visceral need to express and share deep chaotic feelings to exist\, while\ntrying to find ways to get out of them\, out of that internal struggle\, and let hope and light\nirradiate.\n\nInner Battles was recorded by Christophe Hogommat between January and March 2023\nnear Nantes (France).\n\nChristophe and the band already worked together on the previous two albums. Their\nlongtime friendship set up ideal recording conditions\, allowing the most honest narrative\nframe for the album to emerge.\n\nThe album mixing was given to Joris Saïdani\, drummer in Birds in Row and Fragments\,\nsound engineer working with many french projects : BOPS\, Simone d’Opale\, Middle Child.\nHis fresh glance on the recording and his sharp sense of musicality contributed to offer to\nInner Battles a radical turn\, faithful to the will of both Mad Foxes and Joris to merge pop and\nnoise into a coherent album.\n\nThe mastering of the album was made by Thibault Chaumont\, a wonderful sound engineer\nwho has worked with Igorrr\, Lana Del Rey and It It Anita. He then knew how to apply the\nperfect final touch on this record.

DESCRIPTION:Blumenwiesen\, Selbstfindung und düstere Dystopien. \n\nIn der Musik der Band Fruchtiger Beigeschmack geht es Thematisch um die Vielfalt von Gefühlen und der Realität.\n\nDie deutschsprachige Indie-Band aus München vereint sowohl viele verschiedene Thematiken\, als auch die verschiedensten Genres und Klänge aus aller Welt.\n\nDabei spiegeln sich vor allem Jazzeinflüsse wider und eine ganz neue Mischung aus Indiepop und Jazz\, der sog. Indie–Jazz\, entsteht.\n\nFruBei haben im Oktober 2024 ihre erste EP „Skript I. des nichts“ veröffentlicht. Gefolgt von der Single „Rote Zahlen“ im Dezember und der Single „Stille“ im Februar\, in denen sie ihre Vielfältigkeit und liebe zum Jazz unter Beweis stellen.\n\nAuf der Bühne\, wie im echten Leben\, kann die Band Feuerzeuge aus den Taschen zaubern\, abtanzen und Hütten abreißen.
