Wir treffen uns jeden dritten Mittwoch im Monat, um über selbstverwalteten und bezahlbaren Wohnraum in Regensburg zu reden und Hausprojekte umzusetzen. Eingeladen sind alle, die Interesse an selbstverwaltetem Wohnraum haben –egal, ob ihr gerade erst vondieser Idee erfahren habt und einfach neugierig seid oder bereits Mitglied in einem Hausverein seid! Wir, als MHS-Stammtisch verstehen uns dabei als Plattform und Netzwerk für Aktivismus zum Thema Mietshäusersyndikat und selbstverwalteten Wohn-und Kulturraum. Wir wollen über Hausprojekte und Leerstand informieren und aufklären, darüber hinaus wollen wir auch als Ideenfabrik rund ums Thema bezahlbares Wohnen fungieren, um neue Konzepte zu entwickeln! Wir möchten das unerträgliche Missverhältnis zwischen dem knappen und teuren Wohnraum in Regensburg einerseits und hundertfachem Leerstand andererseits anprangern und aktiv werden, damit sich das ändert. Und wer weiß, vielleicht ergibt sich daraus sogar die Rettung eines leerstehenden Hauses vor dem Verfall! Kommt vorbei, informiert euch, redet mit und bringt euch ein! Wir verstehen uns als progressive Gruppe und wollen, soweit es geht, ein safer space und diskriminierungsfreier /-armer Raum sein. Jegliche Formen von menschenfeindlichem Denken und Handeln, insbesondere Rassismus, Ableismus, Sexismus, Antisemitismus usw. haben bei uns nichts zu suchen. We meet every third Wednesday of the month to talk about self-managed and affordable housing in Regensburg and to realise house projects. Everyone who is interested in self-managed housing is invited – regardless of whether you have just heard about this idea and are simply curious or are already a member of a housing association! We, as MHS-Stammtisch, see ourselves as a platform and network for activism on the subject of Mietshäusersyndikat and self-managed living and cultural space. We want to inform and educate people about housing projects and vacancies, and we also want to act as an ideas factory for affordable housing in order to develop new concepts! We want to denounce the unbearable disparity between the scarcity and high cost of housing in Regensburg on the one hand and the hundreds of vacant properties on the other and take action to change this. And who knows, maybe this will even result in a vacant house being saved from dereliction! Come along, get informed, have your say and get involved! We see ourselves as a progressive group and want to be a safe space and discrimination-free/poor space as far as possible. All forms of misanthropic thinking and behaviour, especially racism, ableism, sexism, anti-Semitism etc. have no place here.
