WOHNEN IN REGENSBURG – GEMEINSAM STATT EINSAM
08. Oktober | 18:30 - 20:30 Uhr

20.30 How to architect the Future/ Get together
There is a shortage of affordable housing in Regensburg, especially for young families and older people. To counteract this, the city is planning an innovative neighbourhood based on the 15-minute city model on the former site of the Prinz Leopold barracks. The focus is on subsidised social housing, cooperative housing and building cooperatives. Due to the current crisis, the start of construction has been postponed until 2025. A workshop on communal forms of housing will be offered at the Baukulturtage in Regensburg to provide practical insights and support for interested parties. The focus will be on co-operative living and building communities, particularly with regard to living in old age. Such forms of housing are designed to prevent loneliness, be sustainable and reduce the need for resources, something that other local authorities are increasingly recognising and promoting. 16.30-18.30 Information & exchange on the various housing formats A4F with advice from the Mietshäusersyndikat 18.30 Collaborative forms of housing – TOGETHER instead of alone A4F as a centre for shared housing in Regensburg 19.00-19.30 Katharina Wildemann, Mitbauzentrale Munich requested Questions & discussion @ APERO 19.45 Development Regensburg Plan 2040 Head of Urban Planning Tanja Flemmig on the Keilberg development n.n., Regensburg on the status of the PLK, City Planning Office & Office for Urban Development, requested 20.30 How to architect the Future/ Get together
